Terms of Agreement

Let us know what will work for you - we offer One-Year, Two-Year, or Three-Year Agremeents.

Procedures include:

Clean and adjust burner assembly, clean ignition assembly, inspect and clean heat exchanger, carbon monoxide test, montior flue draft, adjust operating pressure, monitor starting capabilities, calibrate thermostat, test safety controls, replace or clean air filters, clean and adjust blower components, measure volts/amps on motors, lubricate all moving parts, measure for correct air flow, tighten electrical connections, clean evaporator coil (if accessible), clean condenser coil, clean condensate drains, apply protective coating to outside unit, and provide a written report.
